Hey all:) I'm 6' 200lbs. My goal is to be 180lbs 9-12% body fat by my 28th birthday on June 14th. I'm using this app for meticulously tracking all the fruits, veggies,exercise workouts and my FitBit data. I would like to meet other vegeterans or vegans who also have similar goals or interests. I enjoy health education,nutrition and fitness immensely. I have very strong self discipline and no addictions, well the occasional sweet tooth...;)
