I'm new to this community

hi guys my name is Sharon & I work in a corner shop with my husband. We have owned it for 10 years so I face temptation all day long! But I have successfully lost just under 5 stone & kept it off for 7 yrs. my hobby is teaching a fitness class called Bokwa which is still new in the UK but getting busier now. I teach 4 classes a week & after I have completed my Zumba training next month I hope to teach more often! I would like to help support anyone that wants a quick chat or in any way I can really. In return I have a question to ask I have been using this app since July last year & logging my excercise with my FitBit & everything has been fine. But since Christmas I have followed the apps calorie suggestion & have put weight on . Any ideas please am now really confused do this week have been trying to concentrate on bringing down my carbs to 50% but I don't know what to eat. If you can help in any way please let me know as I'm always up for advice. ( my calories as advised by my gym were 2283 a day but the app only recommends 1500! That's quite a big drop & I struggling)
