I'm half way through a 15kg weight loss program. Nothing fancy - just watching the calories and exercising regularly.
I didn't start logging until over the Xmas holidays but actually started Dec 10. Hope to be 75kg by March or Easter. Whatever, no rush
I'm from North Yorkshire, England and am 53 years old.
