Frustrated with lack of movement

I have read so many articles, changed so many things in my diet and exercise, and still.... I feel stuck. I'm an avid runner, and do a lot of other activities to stay active and energized. However, I feel hungry all the time! I make pretty darn good decisions for the most part, but I never feel "satisfied". Going on that, I also am not seeing a big change in my body and my weight. I'm wondering if I plateued? I'm just so sick of seeing the same number, week after week. Yes, I do see a change in inches, but even then, the process has been so slow. I've been at this consistently for over a year, and I think I've lost an actual 5 lbs. That's ridiculous. I'm just super frustrated. I needed to vent. Any and all suggestions will be so much appreciated! Thanks for listening!

    Try mixing up your activities as your body is probably used to what you do! Do you do any strength training? As soon as I added this into my weekly routines I noticed a massive difference!
