On my fitness pal app it tells you how much fat you have consumed weekly, presuming it is correct i have 76g of fat left, 3g saturated, -7g polyunsaturated, -12g monounsaturated and 0g trans. Am i suppost to be taking notice to these? if so having these left over does this mean i am going in the right direction of burning fat rather than muscle?

It doesn't matter. Calories matter.0

If your body is storing something instead of burning it, it's getting stored as fat - it doesn't matter if it was a carb, fat, or protein when you put it in your mouth. As long as you're eating in a deficit, your body will start burning fat.
Your body will burn fat before it burns muscle every time. However, muscle does need a lot of energy (mainly in the form of protein) to be maintained, and this tends to be very difficult when eating at a deficit.0
