No butt!

I have lost quite a bit of weight but the end result has left be very buttless, lol. I'm pretty sure it's the way my body is built but I'm just asking for any exercises to help this. My hips and lower waist are quite thick in comparison and this may be a factor too, so I'm love to know some exercises to work that off.
I already do alot of leg exercises such as squats, lunges and spend 45 minutes on the exercise bike, and my legs are lovely and toned... just the butt problem, haha

Keep up the squats and lunges and continue to add weight, that will do it for you! Deadlifts, Glute bridge, and hip thrusts will also help. You look amazing, keep up the good work!0

Google "Bret Contreras" and "glutes" and set aside an hour or so. He's written a bunch of articles and he's got a bunch of youtube videos on building glute muscles. He's probably the authority (or one of them) on glutes. Good luck! Continued success to you!0

make sure your squats are below parallel to really activate the hamstring and butt0

Get yourself a deck of cards, put them in your left hand. Take your right hand and place the cards ONE at a time on the floor in front of you while standing on your left leg and lifting your right leg so that it is parallel to the ground.
Then pick them up one at a time.
Then repeat, only switch your legs and hands.
This will build you a butt. You'll have some rock hard glutes in no time.0 -

And when this gets easier, instead of putting down cards hold some weight in your hand. (Single-Leg RDL's )0
