New

I'm a new B at this but I'm determined to get healthier. Had my first baby 10 months ago and I can't seem to lose the weight. I did what I did in the past to lose weight before I had a baby, but now my body doesn't respond the way it use to. So now I'm going to try and watch what I eat, drink detox drinks, do yoga, and some Zumba dances, and walk. Need to lose this weight.
