Sorry if this post has been done before. I'm new to the message boards.

I'm in the market for a hrm, but I don't know where to start. I see a ton of brands, models, etc. What do you guys use? What do you like/dislike about it?

If you wish to pair it with your phone or other fitness device, make sure the device you get will pair successfully with that device. Not all Bluetooth is the same so you can't just pair any Bluetooth HRM with any phone with Bluetooth, for example.

I'm super excited about my new Wahoo Tickr X HRM because of the running form feedback it gives. It is too new for me to really properly recommend it though. I loved my old Scosche Rhythm+ HRM with my old phone, but it has a lot of negative reviews by other people. I never had those sorts of problems with mine though.

Polar H7 with my Loop. Integrates into the Polar Flow app for analysis. Still waiting for that to feed into MFP...that was supposed to happen last month.

    Waterproof for swimmers.
Sometimes it slips down when do exercises where I reach over my head (jumping jacks).
