Weight loss journey

I decided this is the year to make some changes in my life. I am going to be 42 years old this year and live a very unhealthy lifestyle. I began exercising 6 days a week but struggle with making changes to my diet. Its hard when I don't have the support of my family. They all love me but feel that I am fine the way I am. Being short (5ft. 1in) and weighing in at 187, I feel horrible. I would love to lose 50-55 lbs but at times I really feel it is impossible. Even though I am exercising, I am not sure I am doing the right type of exercise or pushing myself enough while exercising to achieve my goal. I am hoping that using this site will help me achieve my goals.

    you can do this! what you eat is going to make a HUGE impact, so always keep that in mind. don't let little slip ups discourage you. as long as you keep moving forward, you'll do just fine :)
