After 5 yrs of infertility treatments, and a miscarriage I really feel like I need to get this weight off. Ive done okay up until now, its that last 20 lbs ): I could really use some help and encouragement. We just moved to a new area and all my friends are an hour or more away, So i don't have anyone to really help me workout......Any suggestions ?
Frustrated Mom in Layton Utah . And no.... my pics not current lol , thats my dream weight. I'm currently at 154. Better than the 173 i was at though lol

Hey Heavenswings. I wanted to pop in a say that I wish you the very best with your weight loss goal. I to am struggling with infertility and the weight gain from the drugs just doesn't help. Best of luck!!
