Jessica Smith, I bought her program even. I've been trying to find more stuff on youtube. I watch motivational shows every single day. I've also done some of the yoga with adrienne vids.

Did I forget JNL Fusion? Bicep Builder and Lower Body Fusion are great- and Scott Herman is one of her background exercisers. :)

Jillian is fab for any level of fitness, but yes, you need to add in better stretching or you will be unnecessarily sore and stiff afterwards.

I love the Hodgetwins. And their workouts work very quickly. And are extremely effective.

BUMPING AN OLD THREAD BECAUSE I WANT YOU TO KNOW MY OPINION!

For information: SuperTraining, Silent Mike, Alan Thrall, Brandon Campbell, and Omar Isuf

For Training: Garrett Blevins, Jesse Norris, and Brett Gibbs

For nice edits: Maxx Chewning and Barbell Brigade

Others that I can't explain: Matt Vincent, Massthetics, and Michel Kory (I just have an inexpiable vested interest in their lives).
