CARDIO VS WEIGHTS

I typically do some work with weights (one day for back/bicep, one day for chest/tricep, ect..) and then finish off my workout with a little cardio. My main goal is to lose fat and hopefully gain muscle too. What are you typical workouts? is there a 'good' amount of time to do cardio after using weights? should i be doing my cardio BEFORE i do my weights? I could use any advice anybody has to give :)
