ALWAYS coffee. :) I like portable things I can eat in the car.

This morning I had a whole wheat waffle with 1 TBSP almond butter, 1 tsp honey, and banana sliced on it. And a cup of coffee.

If I get up early enough, I like to make an egg white/veggie scramble and put it into a Joseph's flax/wheat pita pocket.

Sometimes I'll make plain oatmeal and bring it with me in a travel mug. I add a TBSP chopped raisins and some type of nut if I have them on hand.

Google refrigerator oats on the Yummy Life blog site. Some really good recipes. You mix it up the night before and stick it in the fridge, then grab it the next morning. No need to heat it up. Very yummy. I'm not big on breakfast at all, and this really helps me to eat it.

Simple bircher muesli recipe ~ Mix grated pear, 1/2c squeezed orange juice, 90g oats, 1/2c plain yogurt and a dash of cinnamon. Leave overnight in fridge. Top with toasted almonds and choice of fruit before serving. Making it the night before gets me all excited for breakfast the next day! x

I eat about the same thing every weekday. 6oz of whole raw jersey milk with Monster V protein powder, 2 eggs over hard, 2 bacon, and assorted fruit.

I love breakfast! I go to bed early just to minimize the conscious time between dinner and breakfast haha.

    Me too!

My breakfasts lately have been coffee, fruit and whole wheat toast with crunchy peanut butter.

I get bored with the same things...turkey bacon is good if I am hungry and have time to make it. If not, I will have raw juice. I always always always have at least 8 oz of water as soon as I get up.

    Hi thanks for your reply's
I usually just have coffee for breakfast just a little bit of milk no sugar and I dont usually get hungry till 12-1
I havnt eaten breakfast properly since i was a teenager it used to make me feel sick eating early and would make me more hungry earlier so i just wouldn't bother!
I will try eating something filling for breakfast see if it makes a difference thanks for your suggestions!
    Any more suggestions welcome!
    Thanks
I would highly recommend skipping breakfast. I also find myself hungry sooner when I eat breakfast. If you're like me, try saving most of your calories for the evening/night time/bed time time frame. Things just taste ten times better past 8pm.

    Hi guys.

I rarely eat breakfast. Maybe only when i am able to wake up early enough to get one.
Reason is, i sleep late due to work and wake up around 10-11am.

So do i need to worry about my metabolism going slower? If thats even possible.

Ps: i am new with this forum thing. Tho started using this App last Mid march of this year.
How do i get that siggy you guys are using.

    Thanks!
Meal timing and number of meals doesn't matter

I have been making Applesauce/oatmeal/bran muffins for breakfast. I make a couple of dozen and they last a few days (for a couple of us in the family). they are high in fiber, low in fat and very filling. I eat two - under 300 calories and i'm satisfied until lunch. They are great for home or at the desk/at work. IF you would like the recipe let me know i'll pass it along.

Breakfast is the fuel for your morning!

    Hiya new here
Just wondered what you all eat for breakfast and whats a good think to eat to get your metabolism going!
I never ever usually eat breakfast bad i know! So I'm just after some tips because I need to start eating something in the morning!
    Thanks

Not bad, I seldom have breakfast. Don't buy into all the things you here on here. Take advice you think may work and leave the rest. But if you want breakfast, bacon and eggs are yummy

I love porridge with fruit, yum!

Or if I want something nice and cool and light (especially in warmer weather) I love to make a frozen fruit smoothie and then blend my porridge oats into that. Super delicious!

And of course coffee every morning too lol :)
