south west enchilada

1 cup frozen corn
1 can black beans ( low sodium )
2 cups green enchilada sauce
1 7 oz bag of fat free cheddar cheese
1 cup skim mozzarella
2 large chicken breast
12 whole wheat fajita tortillas
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp rosemary
1 Tbs chicken season Ms. Dash
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Boil chicken with spices until water is evaporated
mix everything together
put one layer of tortilla on greased 12 by 9 pan
makes three layers
one top layer put a little green sauce and the mozzarella
bake at 350 for 35 to 40 min
only 250 calories per servings makes 12 servings

Frankly, I would just bake it our sautee' it. I think boiled chicken is nasty.0
