second time around

Hello,
I used myfitness pal a few years ago and it worked great. I'm trying to get back on track after gaining several pounds during the holidays. I've been on less than a week and it's very motivating seeing all the healthy choices I've been able to make and to track my exercising.

I'm currently training for my 1st half marathon next month and my immediate goal is to be 5-6 pounds lighter come race day (March 14). So that's 6 weeks from now!!! I think it's a pretty attainable goal?!?!

But my mid term goal is to be down 5-8 pounds by the spring and another 8-10 come summer. Long term I'd like to have a total loss of 25 pounds a healthy BMI and to be able to maintain it for once!!!
