Smoothie / Carb Question..

Ok so I have been having smoothies for lunch and not that I'm on a low carb, regimen but I was noticing that they throw my carb percentage way out of wack.
I originally started with some juice/yogurt combinations but now moving more towards all fruits and veggies. I haven't really ever mastered the 40/30/30 percentages and not really sure how I will with out getting some protein mixes. Sometimes I get it close but with the Smoothies the carbs are insane.
So my questions was are the carbs in fruits/veggies different than carbs in breads etc? Like the sugars in fruits I don't tend to worry about because they are natural sugars which your body is more able to process...
Maybe it doesn't matter but what are you guys thoughts?

The carbs in fruit are "fructose".
Regardless of wherever the carbs from, your body will break it down to the same end product - Glucose.
Fruits are "better" because they are less processed (think of heavily processed white bread with loads of extras thrown in)0 -
Most of the time, if you are lowering carbs, you want to lower fruit too.
But most people do not have to worry about the 40/30/30 percentages unless they have a specific goal.
At the amounts in your picture, the bananas and the carrots have the most sugar but the carrots also have 2 grams of protein.
Perhaps cut both of them in half and skip the peaches and orange.
Keep the cucumber, celery, raspberries, beet.
If you want more protein, add greens like romaine, kale, spinach. Also broccoli.

Yep I agree - Perhaps It wasn't worded the best.
All carbs break down into glucose.
Yes - Sugar is Sugar.
I would happily take an apple over a slice of bread (assuming they are exactly the same cals) - I say this based on all the chemicals they add and nutrition they strip away.0
