I am Jim 68 and very active. Own my own business and am world's best YO YO. I have lost thousands of pounds over the years. Now I run 5ks in spring and summer and put back on weight in winter. Then do it all over YO YO. Would love a lot of friends who have same problem and we can compare times and trainings.
