I just ordered insane! EEEEEEEEK! So excited and scared at the same time. I have about 50-60lbs to lose. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Love the OH I am also part of the buckeye. Nation also.part of the 70 pounds I loss was the Gyros vendors food venders across. From Saint Johnson arena on game day. Yes they were Good. My plan is cardio daily. Slower than insanity but productive. For Mr best of all on your journey! !
