Recently I've been focusing on the nutritional information in the calories I consume and i'm pretty pleased to see i'm almost always meeting my fiber and protein goals BUT my sugar is always way over, these sugars however are always from fruit and rarely processed products as I am allergic to Gluten. Plus my fat is always under as I only eat lean meats, if I have eggs I only eat the whites and cannot eat dairy due to intolerance. How important is this information? (Might be useful to know My goals include body fat maintenance and I'm working really hard on fitness to try and gain some muscle for summer!)

the "sugar" macro is arbitrary and based on a recommendation for ADDED sugar, so it's effed from the get go...just ignore it if you're really eating mostly whole foods.0

Modify the settings to track something else instead of sugar.0
