Too many carbs!! Ideas??

I've noticed that my diet is primarily Carbohydrates and I need to change my ways! Any good food or recipe ideas?

    Your question is almost too broad to answer...
    Good foods would be any proteins and fats. (Not that carbs are bad at all).

    When I cook, I look at the protein in using. I'll drop some cube steak or chicken in my slow cooker and let it go. Then I focus on the veggies to load in for flavor without calories. And for the finishing touch, some sort of carb for the energy I need to get through my workouts. Pasta servings are actually much smaller than what most people eat, so really focus on measuring your food.
  • If your eating to many carbs like you say are they bad carbs eg. Bread pastry etc or complex carbs eg oats rice sweet potatoes?
