Hello everyone! I just joined MyFitnessPal and like it a lot so far but how do I track homemade foods?
For instance, I was planning to eat this after my workout today but not sure how to track or estimate it:
It's some boiled macaroni and 5 10% beef patties broiled.
Thanks in advance!

Weight it Log it,
Break down whats in the meat, Weight it log it
Create a meal in MFP and label it i you have it regular
Then break down in serving size, ie 1 kg mince, makes 15 pattys. so divide the total by 15 then use that as 1 serve. ect ect

For that I'd just log the individual items. If you were making a recipe with several ingredients I'd use the recipe builder. It is the best way to log homemade food. I couldn't live without it.
Not that you asked but seriously I'd throw some veggies in that bowl.
