I drink lemon ginger water. Lemon for the vitamin C, ginger to help calm my stomach and water, well because everyone needs to drink more water.0

Those are good reasons to consume it. I hate when people make mixes and then make ridiculous detox claims.
ETA: That sounds like it would taste really nice.0 -
Lmao @Hearts_2015 hadn't seen that one.

Ok I don't see how that would have anything to do with weight loss, but I have to admit it sounds like it is tasty. Honey - yum. Cinnamon - yum. Water - eh, not yum exactly but not bad, helps thin the honey out to make a drink. Add a pastry on the side and you've got yourself a nice little snack there.0

Better yet, put the honey and cinnamon in the party and add a cup of tea, and Winning!0 -

I actually thought of adding tea to the water and having a nice honey cinnamon tea (and maybe a bit of vodka if it is a chilly winter night). I love cinnamon tea and honey sounds like it would be a nice addition (never actually thought of it - usually just have my tea plain).
Or even better, take the cinnamon, mix it with crushed corn flakes, coat some vanilla ice cream, fry it if in the mood, and top with honey. And have some tea to combat the brain freeze that will happen.0 -

I have actually tried this, to no results. The honey sticks to your glass, cinnamon doesn't mix in, and it is just disgusting.0

If you soak cinnamon in hot water it congeals and gets a snot-like texture - so gross! I used to try adding a little cinnamon to my coffee for calorie-free flavor but I couldn't get past the weird slimy glob *shudders*0 -
It really does sadden me that manufacturers think people are so stupid to try these things. They'd be rubbing their hands together with glee.
Admittedly I tried the garcinia and cinnamon tea etc but quickly wised up. I will not be making the same mistake twice!!
Yet another brilliant, effortless way to look like a supermodel while lying on the couch eating chocolate!!
