Hi there! I'm just looking for some friends to connect with here so that hopefully I will be more motivated to log in more, inspired, and so on...

I've been skinny for pretty much my whole life, previous goal was to gain weight but, lo and behold, my mid 20's are here and that is no longer the issue! Now I have to learn new habits in order to resist the pudginess that's trying to creep in.

i have been vegetarian for over 10 years, and i take a holistic view on health and wellness. i try to eat as little dairy, soy, wheat, sat fats, etc. and try to eat (almost) entirely organic, whole foods, lots of veggies. I'd love to learn more about eating with the seasons, circadian rhythms, food combinations, nutrition for certain organs, and so on. Former health food store worker here.
I love to cook and aspire to write a cookbook one day, heheh..

i practice yoga daily (mostly vinyasa) and have also been training in aerial acrobatics (fabric, trapeze, lyra) for a few years now, with dance and other complimentary things on the side... would love to try pole sometime soon too! Other circus arts as well..
I've been getting into HIIT workouts lately and aim to get my splits and other bendy accomplishments soon!

My boyfriend has completed 3 years of college in nutrition/biology so he has a lot of information that I try to assimilate and share! From him, I've been learning a lot about fitness, the circadian hormonal rhythms of the body as pertaining to macronutrients, fat burning/storing, etc. He's lost over 150 lbs, does HIIT workouts daily, and has big muscles and a lot of education/research in the above subjects so I trust his advice ;)

My food diary is pretty scarce lately since I haven't logged in much (and added homemade foods can be tedious), but more to come!
