Macros out of wack, keep eating or stop?

Im new to macros and have previously only counted calories with MFP. Definetly naive, but I know better now. What I want to know is, if I'm not hungry anymore, but I have calories left, and my macros are out of wack, should I leave this and call it a day, or try to 'balance them out'?

I understand there can be debate over falling under your calorie goal. Keeping in mind that I am super morbidly obese and I have my doctors blessing to end my days anywhere from 1400-1700 calories with or without excersize, I am trying to learn to listen to what my body is telling me - full is full and hungry is hungry. But - I'm looking for advise, because I'm wondering if it could be detrimental to miss your macro goals by a long shot?

Will open my diary so people can weigh in.

You've probably already made a choice, but if you're full - I'd just call it a day. The MFP macro percentages are only one possibility in a wide range of reasonable distributions.
