you are not going to lose by starving. You probably need to burn more calories by beefing up your work out. When I had WLS years ago I had so many plateaus it was crazy. If you pull your calories down too low the body goes into starvation mode. You need to give it fuel to burn. Try adding either cardio or weight lifting.

    Starvation mode does not exist in the common dieter.

    Folks it *does* actually exist. For reals. Absolutely.

    Just not in the misinformed, absolutely illogical and physically impossible way that the excuse - makers say it does. No way. No how... but it does exist.
