Hey, all, just got back from my first session in hot yoga aka bikram yoga. It was a 90 minute session in a room of 105 degrees. One of my friends told me how much she was loving the class, so I thought I'd try it. I enjoyed it and sweated a TON, but I did have to rest quite a bit due to nausea. I pulled through the first 40 minutes without resting, and then had to rest every few moves because I was afraid I'd be sick. I feel tired but refreshed. What have others' experiences been?

    Hey!

the first time I went I did not drink enough water so I got a headache and I was pretty tried after. So next I drank alot of water and brought lemon water with a little sweenter into to replace electrolytes I had lost my yoga teacher told me to do this. Or you can use a electrolytes drink like gatorade but it does help. But I love it know and I try to go once a week when I'm not busy.
