Mine's open. I subscribe to the "there are no bad foods" mentality, so I eat lots of different things.
Sometimes if I find recipes that I like and that work for me I post them on my feed too.0 -
Open diary here...but I eat all the things, so dunno if that works or not lol! Anyway, anybody is welcome to troll my diary! Also, I'm an IFer (Intermittent Faster), so most days I eat a lot, and a few days I eat almost nothing.0

I'm open too. I do my best to be creative and to try to balance out my macros throughout the day. I stay within a range of my calorie goal instead of trying to hit it perfect and I eat more according to hunger now instead of the times listed...breakfast 830, snack 1030-ish etc.0

Mine's open, I would love new friends! I sometimes eat very similar things every day because it helps me with food anxiety. I always log honestly even when I'm not perfect!0

Mine is open. Please pay no mind to today's entry, I was in a lot of pain (which kills my appetite) and then I took strong painkillers (that make me nauseous) so it was all I could do to choke down a bowl of oatmeal and a slimfast shake*
*Which I keep in the house EXACTLY for days like today where I can't eat0 -

I have an open diary and try to be really accurate with my logging. I am losing approximately 1 lb per week eating the way I have been so it's obviously working! I don't deny myself anything as long as it fits in with my calorie goal and my macros (more or less).0
