and trying to live a healthier lifestyle. this is my 2nd go with this app, but 1st time as a "non-athlete". initially weighed in at 362. almost 3 weeks in and down 20 lbs. determined to drop at least a 100. looking for that extra motivation and push because I'm starting to slip a little now that I'm seeing "results" on the scale haha
