No one posted to this? Goodness. Well, for one - You need to pack snacks. Anything thats a vegetable, a fruit, and a lean protein. Especially if youre waiting 8 hours for your next meal. The moment you begin to eat, your metabolism starts. The Herbalife works for so many, proud of them! I'm not a powdered meal replacement type of gal. I want FOOD.
You just have to find the right type of food. I am on pinterest, and that place is amazing with ideas! You can find so many recipes and food ideas that will keep you from being hungry AND fit within your calorie goal, etc.
Good luck to you!0
