Figuring calories for a cafe' breakfast..

I tried going thru the database to get an approximate calorie count for a breakfast burrito. It varies from 275- to over 400. I am going to a local place, not a chain. And their breakfast burritos are amazing! I plan on eating half now, half for lunch. But what is the best way to figure the most accurate calorie count? Any thoughts?

Try to figure it out once you've seen what it looks like. Then you'll be able to guess more easily whether it's more in the 275 (I doubt it) or 400 range. If you're not sure, aim high.

Kim, I figured I could break it down a bit once I had it in front of me. But today I left more than 3/4 on the plate. Was a simple scrambled egg with 2 pieces of bacon and some shredded cheese in a wrap. Not what they served up last time.. A bit of a let down, but a small victory for me. Had a few bites and that was enough. Im going to break it down as a very small meal. I know its not life or death to be on the mark with the calories, but Id like to be as true to my counts as possible.
