I Want to be Healthy

Hi! My name is Amber and the reason why I am trying to lose weight is to be healthy. My parents and my grandparents all have obesity related health issues and I don't want that for my future! To be in my BMI range for my age and height, I need to lose 32 pounds...
I do great in the morning and afternoons...it's when I get home is the problem. Anyone else struggle with this and have any ideas to help? Thanks!!!

    Health isn't just about eating and weight. There are other several factors: stress, rest, genetics, risk behavior (like smoking or doing extreme sports), environment and mental happiness. There are lots of people that are overweight DUE to some of these issues to begin with.
