Yes, I am. I just read a book entitled something like "Wherever You Go, There You Are" or similar. Attempting to understand and adopt some of the concepts, without actually spending time meditating. I realize I do ACTIVE meditation a lot, and have all my life. Exercise, my work, while driving, etc at times have all gotten me to a meditative state.

I like it. I struggle with focusing on the breath though. I find myself either holding it or wondering how you can't think about it. I do best with guided meditation.

I tried, but got distracted by your profile pic OP. ;) I think meditation is great. I don't do it, but I think I need to. Sometimes I just need to relax, calm down, center myself. Maybe I should look into this seriously...thanks for bringing it up and making me think about it!

I The power of now and A New Earth by Eckart Tolle. I recommend these two for everyone who wants to learn about philosophy of meditation.

I think mental well-being is more important than physical well-being. For I recognize people who aren't physically active but mentally at peace lives a longer life with joy and ecstasy. But there are some people who are physically fit and even big but there are so many issues inside them as their face do not show that health and freshness at all.

I can't stay still for long, so I prefer walking meditations or colouring meditations, or games, I like heartmath, and guided meditations,
I meditate quite a bit, it helps me stay calm when I get anxious or when I can't focus.

I used to meditate/prayer often, but I lost focus there. Need to get that back aligned.
