Fruit and vegetable smoothies (blendtec)

I have a blendtec blender that I absolutely love and would like to use more plus I hate vegetables. What are your thoughts on getting fruits and vegetables through whole food smoothies for breakfast and/or lunch.

And... What is your favorite recipe that doesn't contain gluten or dairy ( I am not supposed to have either because of hashimotos disease)

Thanks in advance!

I have some kind of smoothie most mornings, it makes getting in your produce quick and easy.
This is my go-to morning smoothie if I don't have time to be more creative:

3/4 C of water, coconut water or green tea
    85g baby spinach
1 medium Envy or Gala Apple
    100 - 150 g of cucumber
1 pear, if I have it. Didn't this morning
70g + frozen fruit, this morning was strawberries. If I use the full 140g serving that is on the bag it tastes more like fruit so you might want to do this.
    1 T chia seeds
    20g Kale

I use blueberries if I have them, this also makes it taste like a fruit smoothie. I love vegatables, but since you don't you can cut back on the spinach and kale. Have you tried different preperations of vegetables? I don't like some cooked, and I don't like some raw and most of them are so much better roasted with some herbs and oil.

I can eat roasted, they are really good that way... But it seems the only ones I really eat are peas and corn. Every now and then I will have a salad, but I know the dressing aren't that great, especially since I'm supposed to stay away from dairy and I really don't care for italian or vinigar and oil.

I will definately try your smoothie, I never thought about putting Green Tea in a smoothie.
