Hello! I'm looking to start NROL4W soon. Anyone else starting soon? I'm going to start it at home for now since I can't afford the gym at the moment. I already have dumbbells so I should be okay for Stage 1. I have 55 pounds to lose and want to incorporate strength. If anyone wants support I can try to help, but I'm a noob to this program.
