    Take a few minutes and sit down and drink a big glass of water. Close your eyes and picture how you want to see yourself. Picture yourself meeting your goal. Picture all the things you want to do when you reach your goal. If you've had a recent accomplishment think of that and the way you felt about it once you realized it. When I get this way, this is what I do. It helps me keep my eyes on the prize. Maybe it will help you! :)
