Fitness test at the gym

Hey :)
I had a fitness test at the gym today and my body fat percentage was measured its gone from 35% to 28% fat :)
She put these pads on my hand and foot, two on each. I tried to get a look at what she was using, it was a black thing with a digital screen and crocodile clips attached to the pads. I had to lay down. I think it said body fat analyser on it, it may have been 'Carlton' or 'carlor' make but I couldn't tell, it measured lean tissue, water, fat percentages, I'm just wondering if anyone knows what it is as I want one lol. Or can anyone recommend a similar device that does the same and is accurate?

Thanks for reading x

Congrats on the bf loss! Nice going!

The only brand I'm familiar with is Omron. That company makes a variety of handheld device that's reasonably accurate. You may want to check reviews/articles/youtube videos to help confirm you're getting a reliable model - and be comfortable with how to use them correctly.

    Wish you continued success!
