TRYING THIS, SO FAR SO GOOD

Hi everyone:) first day of my new healthier life!!! I would like to start with losing 30 lbs. Going thru the BIG D has not been good for the waistline. Love how I can scan items to my food diary. Sure makes counting calories easy! Although its only 1:30 pm and I have used all my calories for the day ugh! Tomorrow I will try to do better but hey its a start! Knowing what I am actually eating helps me see where I need to cut back.
