Our cookoff team will be attending a competition and will be there for four days. I want to try and keep my calories in line and am considering making foil packet meals. That way I can prep ahead of time, freeze them and just toss one on the pit when I need it. Any good suggestions for what to put inside them?

Do you like fish? I love putting fish (something like flounder) in a foil packet with lemon, dill, butter and veggies and grill it. I do that a lot in the summer time. Also, what about some chicken with lemon pepper seasoning, bell peppers and onions.

Good luck because that would be a total test of my will power not to pig out (pun intended) at a BBQ competition.

Sometimes it's not just the food but all the partying and drinking going on as well. It's a lot of work, but it's fun too.
