Working to get back on the wagon

So, I had lost 55 lbs around a year ago and was doing okay for a while. But somewhere along the way I fell off the wagon and gained back 30 lbs. Mentally it's been difficult to get back up on the wagon and stay there. I'm a self proclaimed sabotager and have daily battles with myself. Looking for some motivation and encouragement to help to keep moving forward and get back up on that wagon.
