Net or total calories

So, My calories are set to 1560 to lose 1.5 lbs per week as recommended by someone in the MFP world. I have also taken the advice of ppl who suggested getting scales, measuring cups etc and I have been more acurately tracking my calories. However, I dont have a calorie burner/hr monitor so I have been relying on MFP calories burned. I do try to log a little less exercise and also try to not eat back all my calories. My question though...is when I look at reports..if I look at net, then it shows im under most days but if i look at total calories I have a quite a few days over my 1560 and its making me nervous. My weigh in day is this Friday ( I try to weigh and measure bi-weekly) so I can see if what I am doing is ok. I have so far only lost 5 lbs in 3 1/2 weeks but I have dropped 8 inches all over.
My current workouts are M/W/Sun= CX (30 min Les mills core) with 25 interval cardio
and Tu/Th/Sat= Sexy curves weight lifting program. Just on week 5 this week. with no cardio
Am...I ...on ...right track??
I just feel so much more hungry this week than I have the past few weeks...so Im wondering if im eating enough...ugh I hate this scientifc weight loss solution bull *kitten*. lol

1560 is your net goal. If you are not eating your exercise calories back, you are not netting your goal. So if you enter in 40 minutes of cardio and it says you burned 400 calories, then you need to eat between 200 and 400 of those calories (most do 50-75% of hte calories to account for any estimation errors) to still net your goal.0
