TDEE and Activity Level Question

Just a quick question for clarification on figuring out my TDEE because I'm not sure what exactly 1-3 days a week is. Now before you think I'm stupid I mean it in the sense of is 1/2 hour ok to count or are they referring more to an hour a day? It just seems very vague to me and I know people will say pick one and go with it but I would like a general idea of what most people have used to figure it out. Thanks!

    Based on how much those things bump me when going from "no exercise" to the various days of exercise, they look to be assuming roughly 30 minutes of cardio on the exercise days.
