Hi
I am new ..Just joined and need to lose 20lbs. I am a female and am 62 yrs young. I have 1 grandchild and 3 on the way!! I want to get fit and lose the excess lbs. Looking for diet buddies...Live in Ontario, Canada. Kathleen
