New to the community

Hello. My name is Allen. I'm not new to myfitnesspal but am new to this community. Just a quick story. About a yr and a half ago I decided I needed to lose weight. I was tired of feeling like crap all the time and couldn't play hard with my kids. I'm 5'8" and maintained around 180 lbs. and over the course of 6 months or so I lost almost 35 lbs. with heavy HIIT cardio and weight training. After getting as low as 143 at one point, I noticed I had no muscle mass which made me look kinda sickly. So the in reverse I went. Now I'm trying to gain as much lean mass as possible for the spring. Right now I'm around 160 lbs and a lot bigger and fuller than the first time at 160 on my way down he scale. I'm stronger and healthier than ever. This past yr and a half I've don't nothing but learn and research proper nutrition and proper weight training and have gained so much knowledge of how the body works and what it truly needs to make look and perform they way u want it to. Routine = Habit = Obsession
