Does anyone have any recommend sites or books or personal meal plans at least in 2 week lengths?
I am looking for 3 types of meal plans:
Loose 10% body fat
Maintain fat loss, while training for 1/2 marathons and longer OCRs
Maintenance mode of maintaining body fat, while in between trainings (this could be kid friendly)
