Mum with newborn

Hi. I'm new to this ap. I am a mum to a 3yo and 10wo and have put on weight with both pregnancies. I would like to lose 2 stone (30 pounds), though I will start with an aim of 1 stone. Logging my food over the past two days has made me realise the obvious-I am eating too much! Planning to aim for a rough 500 kcal brekkie, 600 kcal lunch, 600 kcal dinner and 200 kcal coffee/snack. I am breast feeding at the moment hence my higher kcal goal. This will be a massive reduction from what I'm eating at the moment!
