What time to stop eating?

Also, I don't know what time the rest of you are going to bed, but as someone who's routinely up until 2-4 AM I don't think it can matter much.0

There is research that limiting your intake to a 12-hour window encourages fat loss. Whether that will be proved true or not, I stop about 2 or 3 hours before bed because I have silent reflux and my ENT said that would help me sleep better.0

I don't really have a set time to stop eating but I heard you should stop an hour or two before you sleep0

I have acid reflux and this thread reminds me that I really need to stop eating dinner so late. It has no affect on my weight loss though.0

I usually eat my last meal 2 hours before bed... But that's me I work late in the day so I eat later it really depends on your preference.0
