If you must know, MFP wasn't strong enough to tear away the work deadlines during the day and then I had to rush right to the gym to coach my youth basketball team and I kept falling asleep on my commute because I'm a little sore from this morning's workout ... Which by the way I log daily, along with many shirtless, oily ab pics in my workout group here on MFP (that's for you ab droolers) ...
Feel free to join but no shenanigans in there, we're actually trying hard to earn our burn lol
