    Welcome. Being here is a good start. Balance and metal toughness are your best allies. Healthy eating habits and regular activities to help burn the better quality fuel entering your body with get you results. Make your goals smaller achievable ones, and when you reach them reset your goal for the next target. logging all meals will make you realize the best foods to help you reach goals and exercises needed to keep you burning calories.     Eat clean. Whole foods, lean protein, veggies and fruit. Healthy fats, olive oil, avocados and nuts. You will feel so much better.
