Olympic Weightlifting

i've been doing olympic weightlifting (i.e. C&J, Snatches, pulls, etc.) every other day. and I'm curious, how much calories would one burn during these workouts. I know intensity has a huge part in regards to how many calories are being burned. let's just say that I'm a casual Oly lifter. not lifting/training to compete, but doing it cuz it's great exercise (in my opinion, at least). thoughts anyone?

There are so many variables that it is impossible to know. The weight, the repetitions, the efficiency of movement, etc.
In reality, I really struggle to understand the desire to take calories from lifting to apply to the whole calories in/out guestimation game. Lift because you want to be stronger, fitter. Eat to fuel and/or lose fat. All of it is an estimate, so why bother with 100 calories here or there. Eat, train, see how it is going, tweak as needed.0
