Hello! My name is Rhiannon! My goal is to lose 6-8 lbs a month. The things I struggle with are sweets, and carbs. I feel I am literary addicted to them(so if you have any tips, I'd be happy to hear them).I love pilates but cardio not so much b/c I have really bad joints and flat feet. Also if you have any tips for joints let me know! In desperation I now take joint supplements. I deserve to be healthy and this year is going to be about getting selfish! ╰(‘ω’ )╯三
